LUMIORA TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Lumiora online store and your purchase or use of Lumiora digital products. By accessing our store or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Lumiora sells downloadable digital products, including PDF journals, guides, worksheets, and related materials. No physical item will be shipped unless a product page specifically states otherwise.
After successful payment, customers receive access to the purchased digital product through the email address provided at checkout or through another download method displayed during checkout.
2. PERSONAL-USE LICENSE
Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the digital product for your own personal purposes.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the copyright or intellectual property.
3. PROHIBITED USES
You may not:
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly share the digital product.
• Forward or share the download link with another person.
• Resell, sublicense, rent, or commercially distribute the product.
• Upload the product to websites, social media, file-sharing services, marketplaces, or shared drives.
• Modify, rebrand, or claim the product as your own.
• Use any part of the product to create another product for sale or distribution.
• Remove copyright, branding, ownership, or other notices from the product.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Lumiora products, designs, written content, prompts, graphics, branding, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Lumiora and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
5. PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT DISCLAIMER
Lumiora journals and materials are intended for general education, self-reflection, organization, and personal-development purposes only.
They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or other professional advice and are not a substitute for services from a qualified professional.
6. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Customers are responsible for having:
• A working email address.
• A reliable internet connection.
• A compatible computer, phone, or tablet.
• Software capable of opening PDF files.
• A compatible printer, paper, and ink if they choose to print the product.
Screen and printed colors may vary depending on the device, monitor, printer, paper, and settings used.
7. CUSTOMER INFORMATION
You agree to provide accurate and complete contact, billing, and payment information.
Lumiora is not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect email address or other inaccurate customer information, but we will provide reasonable assistance when contacted.
8. PRICES AND PAYMENTS
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Applicable taxes, if any, may be calculated during checkout.
Payment must be successfully completed before access to the digital product is provided.
9. REFUNDS
Digital purchases are subject to the Lumiora Return and Refund Policy. Please review that policy before purchasing.
10. PRODUCT UPDATES AND CORRECTIONS
Lumiora may correct typographical errors, formatting issues, broken links, or other product problems. When appropriate, customers may receive access to a corrected or updated file.
11. STORE AND SERVICE AVAILABILITY
Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, internet failures, payment-provider issues, platform outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumiora will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from the use or inability to use a digital product.

13. TERMINATION OF ACCESS
Lumiora may deactivate a download link or terminate access when there is evidence of fraud, unauthorized sharing, resale, copyright infringement, abusive activity, or another violation of these Terms.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the State of Alaska and the United States, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that may apply.
15. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Lumiora may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the store with a revised effective date.
